The project, that includes the training activities supervised by IASI, involves several companies in the area of Teramo province, with the objective of total digitization of a machine manufacturing process. The intervention focuses on the transition from the analogical to the digital enterprise by implementing an advanced system for machine production achieving processes efficiency, monitoring, and then using the data collected to optimize operations and applying management control systems
