The rationale of this project is based on the hypothesis that epigenetic modifications may occur following the Sars-Cov2 vaccination, that are capable to affect the development of the immune response. The original experimental design involved the epigenomic analysis of 200-250 post-covid 19 and non-covid 19 subjects who underwent anti-Sars-Cov2 vaccination with Pfizer mRNA vaccine. And it included the assessment of epigenetic changes related to DNA methylation in circulating leukocytes
