The project will focus on testing/standardizing integrated methods of landscape archaeology and urban structures, through a dedicated GIS. Evidence will be gathered from differing sources (remote sensing, field survey, excavation, geophysical methods, analysis of ancient structures), regarding ancient urban and suburban environments. Resulting advance in the interpretation of archaeological data will make a strong contribution for conservation and enhancement of the archaeological heritage
