The research and development project, MultipaRamEter teleMOniToring of oldEr patients with heart failure (REMOTE), aims to improve the ‘quality of life’ of vulnerable people, especially those affected by heart failure, by means of integrated tools, ad hoc multi-parameter sensors, predictive analysis of pathologies based on artificial intelligence models and methods, remote-controlled medical devices that allow the patient to be as autonomous as possible
