BioSys is an interdisciplinary research unit designing and applying computational methods to complex biological systems. Main research areas include: analysis of biological networks through graph theory, analysis of biological processes through machine learning techniques, immunoinformatics for identification of potential epitopes, mathematical modeling in systems biology, analysis of OMICS data, regulation of gene expression, virus mutation trajectory through theoretical computer science.
